Important Notes

• All books are sold in open format (not sealed).
• Opened books are non-returnable due to hygiene and resale.
• We do not accept mailed returns — in person only.
• Refunds via Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Digital Codes	No returns	Once activated	Final sale

After 21 days, unclaimed orders are restocked and non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Visit the store during open hours:
   Mon-Fri: 10:00AM-07:30PM, Sat-Sun: 10:00AM-07:30PM
2. Bring: pickup code, book(s), photo ID
3. Staff will inspect and process immediately
4. Store credit option available (expires in 90 days)

• Marked or damaged books
• Digital content
• Custom orders
